Outcomes
- Preparation and delivery of weekly Live Lessons (45-minutes per lesson).
- Delivery of weekly interactive Question and Answer sessions (30-minutes per session).
- Marking of term assessments and exams, where relevant.
- Live chat support for all premium learners, this takes place through our platform.
- This role is fluid, and the teacher will be required to teach a combination of grades and subjects depending on the needs of the business and student numbers.
Criteria
- Relevant diploma/degree plus teacher qualification from a recognised institution.
- Digital Tech Savvy practitioners is essential.
- At least two years of teaching experience.
- Flexible with a growth mindset and can-do attitude.
- Experience teaching Afrikaans within the IEB curriculum is required.
- Experience teaching Afrikaans within the CAPS/Cambridge is a plus.
- Innovative approach to pedagogy with the ability to engage with students online and teach and reach students through online learning.
- Willingness to work collaboratively with a dedicated team of educational professionals.
- Willing to be part of an exciting team of specialists informed by the latest national and international models of good pedagogy practice.
